Randall Tysinger Antiques Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to the buyers providing, scheduling and coordinating shipping through an independent shipper at the buyers cost.

If shipping via FedEx or UPS we will provide delivery to a drop off point with cost of packaging and shipping at the buyers expense. Randall Tysinger Antiques can provide a list of 5-6 shippers as reference per request.

Randall Tysinger Antiques does accept local pick up for items purchased with customer/buyer providing all packing materials for safe transport.

All local pick ups are subject to all taxes and fees as per required by the State of North Carolina.

ALL EXPENSES FOR SHIPPING, CRATING, BOXING AND DELIVERY ARE AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Randall Tysinger Antiques will provide any order tracking numbers provided by the shipping companies and/or email notification when picked up from our showroom.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Randall Tysinger Antiques is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after purchase or shipping are the responsibility of the customer/buyer.

Damages
Randall Tysinger Antiques is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
Randall Tysinger Antiques can ship internationally to any country via the customers/buyers shipping company choice.

Returns Policy

Randall Tysinger Antiques will except returns within 72 hours of delivery under the following condition:

  1. The customer/buyer is responsible for all fees, costs and shipping to return to our facility.
  2. There will be a 10% restocking fee to our inventory added to all returns.
  3. The item was not damaged during initial shipping. This should be taken up with shipping company only
